All of our annual membership fees go toward covering the operating costs of our organization and funding our philanthropic work. We want to harness all of our incredible members' talents and use them for the greater good. We do this by planning events to give back to the community and your annual contribution allows us to make this possible.

Ilana has been in the hospitality and event industry since 2009. She started her career off on the East Coast with large scale ticketed events. When she moved to CA in 2014, she continued her career at Fairmont Hotels. From there she started her dream planning business; Ilana Rubin Events. She feels incredibly blessed to have founded Planner Power, watching this community grow is incredible!
I-Jou is the owner of Sunny California Weddings with over 10 years of experience in event planning. She has organized events at various prestigious venues in California, combining styling trends with personalized details. I-Jou is detail-oriented, organized, and offers expertise to deliver exceptional celebrations. She has a background in entertainment, visual design, and marketing.
Emma started as a wedding planner in 2014, planning weddings struck a chord with her best skills– organization, logistics, and leadership. After 5 successful years of being a planner, flowers caught her eye, and she launched Leta Verbena. With her background in planning, design, and law; Emma is the perfect addition to our board.
Brooke is Las Vegas wedding planner with over 10 years of experience, specializes in high-end events. Her comprehensive services, from concept to execution, reflect her passion and expertise. Beyond her career success, Brooke is a devoted mother of three, actively involved in organizing fundraisers against child sex trafficking. She's professional with a heartfelt commitment to our community.
Angela is a passionate and experienced planner with expertise in organizing events of all sizes and types. She is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and building strong relationships with clients and vendors. Angela is also active in her community, providing her services and time to local non-profits such as Forever Found and Ventura County Animal Services.
Martina, a trilingual first-generation college graduate, began her career in luxury hotels in Miami before moving to California to work for the City of Malibu. She then worked for the department of Meetings & Events and Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings at the Disneyland Resort. Her experience in destination weddings led her to start her own brand and company.
Gina is the Director of
Destination Events for Urban Allure Events based out of Chicago. She is helping the company expand to Colorado, where she will also be helping us launch our Denver chapter officially in 2025! Her expertise and knowledge of other markets makes her the inspiration of our community.
